Howdy!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! We had a super Christmas Season and hope you had the same. Family, Fun, Treats, Gifts, Surprise Gifts, Memories, Snow, Sparkling Snow, Cold Weather, Icicles and Good Food!! A GREAT TIME OF YEAR!! The Sub-for Santa was a very big success. We want to thank Phil Cole and Linda Jepperson for all their work to make this happen. The family was impressed with our generosity. You all helped by paying your fines and donating so we say THANKS!!! Now that the Holidays are over and Kaye Lynn has her Special Christmas Decoration put away for another year, we can get back to the import stuff . . . . SQUARE DANCING!!!! JACK IS BACK!!! He will be calling starting January 5th. It will be good to have him back where he belongs . . . calling for the ROCKETEERS!!! So put on your cowboy boots and lace up your dancing shoes come out and kick up your heels with us for the coming new year of Square Dancing!! It will beat sitting by the fire and reading a book. You can get the exercise that you have resolved to start doing once again, and catch up on what your friends have been doing since we last danced together way last year. The year is planned out. You can see it on the Web Site or pick up a calendar on Saturday night. It will be a blast to be dancing again. We hope you all will come out and welcome Jack and Vickie back along with our great cuers Steve and Judy. We surely do appreciate the fun they help provide by calling and cueing. Don’t let the snow stop you from coming because we will be dancing Saturday nights at Horizon Elementary School, 7:00 – 8:300 New Dancers and 8:30 – 10:00 for the regular dancers. We wish you all a Happy and Prosperous New Year!!! So Square them Up!!!!

From the Secretaries
We had a Terrific “Holiday Season.” Glad that it is over though and all is back to normal. This month Arlon Miller is still on the mends. Johanna says that he hasn’t been in the hospital for 2 weeks now. He is still having Chemo, and has lost a lot of weight. We continue to wish him well. We hope to see them soon. Betty Conrad has taken a bad fall. We wish her a speedy recovery. Judy Storm is on the mends also, we miss her when she can’t come. Jack is back!! We are excited to have him and Vickie back with us and feeling better. What a scare! We also hope that we see Virgina Bowen this month! So many square dancers fly south for the winter. We miss them.
